National AI Strategy: Thailand's National AI Strategy and Action Plan (2022-2027) was adopted in 2022.
National AI Policy: To support its AI efforts, Thailand has developed the AI Ethics and Principles Guidelines and Generative AI Governance Guidelines for Organisations.
National AI Laws: Thailand does not have specific AI laws but efforts are in place to draft them such as the draft Act on the Promotion and Support of Artificial Intelligence Innovation.
