National AI Strategy: The Philippines' National AI Strategy is the National AI Strategy Roadmap (NAISR) which has gone through two iterations NAISR 1.0 in 2021 and NAISR 2.0 in 2024.

National AI Policy: There are a number of AI governance activities in motion such as the Supreme Court's plan to establish an AI Governance framework for the judiciary.

National AI Laws: There are no known AI-specific laws in place. At the same time, there are a number of AI-related bills pending approval in the legislature.
